Bendmax-System Amada 85° Standard Press Brake Punch/Top Tooling No.11.231 is a reliable upper tool designed for general and demanding sheet metal bending applications. With an 85° punch angle, R3 mm nose radius and 105 mm tool height, it provides a practical geometry for consistent and controlled press brake bending. With a maximum load of 1000 kN/m, No.11.231 is designed for high-load bending applications when the tooling capacity, material, V-die opening and press brake capacity are properly matched. The R3 mm punch radius provides a larger forming radius compared with smaller-radius standard punches, making it suitable for applications where a controlled inside bend radius is required. The punch is available in 42CrMo or C45, providing different material options according to application and tooling requirements.
